☽ Frequently Asked Questions ☾
-
Tarot is a reflective tool that uses symbolism and storytelling to explore your current circumstances, patterns, and possibilities. Rather than predicting a fixed future, tarot invites you to gain insight, consider different perspectives, and make empowered choices.
-
Not at all! You can come with a specific question, a general area of focus, or simply ask, "What do I need to know right now?" We can explore whatever feels most meaningful to you.
-
No. I don't believe your future is written in stone. I see tarot as a lantern along the forest path: it may help illuminate what's ahead, but you're still the one choosing where to walk.

Tarot tends to be most helpful for questions like:
What am I being invited to learn?
How can I navigate this situation?
What energy surrounds this relationship?
What's blocking my growth?
What should I focus on next?
Questions centered on self-reflection and personal growth often provide the insightful readings.

Item descriptionMy goal is never to create fear. Difficult cards often point toward challenges, lessons, or opportunities for growth—not unavoidable outcomes. Every reading is approached with compassion and honesty in the hope that it empowers you to make informed decisions about what you want to do next.
Nothing in life is predetermined. Your path is endlessly winding, branching into roads shaped by your own free will.

very story has its own depth, so Fox Tale Tarot is organized into three tiers: Short Chapter, Mid Chapter, and Full Story. Within each tier, you’ll find individual readings with their own pricing, time, and purpose—allowing you to choose not only how far into the story you’d like to wander, but which path feels right for you.
Visit the Pentacles page to explore each tier, discover the readings within, and find their individual pricing and details.
-
Yes. Your reading and anything you share with me will remain private. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore and reflect on your experiences. What you choose to share during your reading—and with the world beyond it—will always be yours to decide.

I do not provide readings regarding:
Medical diagnoses or treatment
Legal matters
Financial or investment advice
Pregnancy or fertility predictions
Missing persons
Questions intended to invade another person's privacy or manipulate their decisions
Tarot is meant to support reflection and empowerment—not replace qualified professionals.

Imagine sitting by the fire with a trusted friend who speaks in symbols and stories. Together we'll wander through the cards, noticing patterns, asking questions, and uncovering insights that help illuminate your path.
-
Sometimes the message makes sense immediately, and sometimes it unfolds over time. I encourage clients to sit with the reading, reflect, and take what feels meaningful. Ultimately, you are always the expert on your own life. As I say, take what applies and leave the rest behind.

No. Many people approach tarot from a spiritual perspective, while others simply enjoy it as a tool for reflection and self-discovery. Skepticism is always welcome.
All I ask is that you step into our shared space with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. You don't have to believe in the cards—you only have to be willing to explore the stories they tell. After all, curiosity has a funny way of opening doors you might have walked past before.
-
No. Tarot is not inherently demonic, dangerous, or connected to harm.
For many people, tarot is simply a reflective tool—much like journaling, meditation, or talking through something with a trusted friend. It uses symbolism and imagery to help explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a more intuitive way.
People come to tarot from many different belief systems. Some view it spiritually, some view it psychologically, and others simply see it as a creative tool for self-reflection. You are always welcome to engage with it in whatever way feels aligned for you.
My approach is grounded in compassion, personal insight, and free will. Nothing in a reading is meant to predict or control your life, and nothing requires you to believe anything outside of your own values or worldview.
If something doesn’t resonate with you, you are always free to set it down and take only what feels helpful.
